This August we returned to our home in Long Beach to find that our grandchildren and their guests had enjoyed staying there immensely. There wasn’t a spot in the house that hadn’t experienced a high level of adventure. In addition to daily trips to the Beach and the local hiking trails, they must have made a pilgrimage to every donut shop, taco stand, and gellateria within a 10 mile area. I recently had Rug’It tackle two area rugs that were very dirty from pet accidents, on top of everyday mess. The rugs were both light colored so the dirt and stains were evident. Thankfully Rug’It did such a great job on our rugs that they look brand new. They’re free from stains and any lingering pet odors. The pickup/delivery were also so smooth and convenient. I would definitely trust them to get the job done again!

Really loved the personalized attention and conversation - they offer more than just wool rug cleaning! I brought Rug'it three small rugs (2 or 3 x 5 ish?) - one was wool/viscose blend, the other two were 100% wool - all were cleaned to my satisfaction. I will definitely bring other rugs to them when cleaning is needed, and will definitely consider their services when it's time to investigate other flooring needs. I was happy with the timeline from drop off to pick up, and pricing for services was reasonable, in my opinion.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and answered several questions regarding the cleaning process for one of my rugs before I brought it in. They clean the rugs at their shop where they have professional cleaning equipment, drying racks and fans. The good thing about this is that they are not limited to using small, ineffective portable carpet cleaning machines (like other companies that show up at your house to clean carpet). My rug came out looking new! Old pet spots and water marks were eliminated. Will definitely use them again!
Brought in a wool blend area rug covered in mold, and they treated and cleaned it. I'm fairly inexperienced with rug maintenance, but I was walked through with what could and could not be done. I am 100% satisfied with my sparkling clean rug. I'll be coming back in the future.
