I was so happy with the outcome of my rug cleaning! It was easy enough to drop my rug off, and the checkin was quick. I was happy with the price. In 5 days I received an email it was time to pick it up (I could of had the rug picked up and dropped back) and was able to pick the time to work with my other outings. The rug was bright and colors just like the day I bought it. I had to have it cleaned due to my cat marking it. I was afraid that the stain and oder might be a problem...I need not have worried I love the "spring" smell, so clean and fresh! I would highly recommend Rug'it, and plan to make them my area rug cleaners from now on!

OMG! My rugs are like new!! The pale blue rug was a sight thanks to my Frenchie!! They cleaned it twice and I can’t believe how beautiful it is! My floral rug looks like new! I used Rug’It last year for a large Mexican rug that smelled of Bulldogs and came back refreshed and like new! Isaac recommended a certain vacuum cleaner that would keep them looking good with regular vacuuming. I got it and am now committed to the challenge 🙂 This company is outstanding!!

Very on target business. I get a lot of foot traffic in my den where the area rug is so I take my rug to them twice a year, always comes out great & looking like new. We anlso purchased a nice thick mat to place under our area rug. Owner operated & very courteous & friendly!

I recently had Rug’It tackle two area rugs that were very dirty from pet accidents, on top of everyday mess. The rugs were both light colored so the dirt and stains were evident. Thankfully Rug’It did such a great job on our rugs that they look brand new. They’re free from stains and any lingering pet odors. The pickup/delivery were also so smooth and convenient. I would definitely trust them to get the job done again!

Really loved the personalized attention and conversation - they offer more than just wool rug cleaning! I brought Rug'it three small rugs (2 or 3 x 5 ish?) - one was wool/viscose blend, the other two were 100% wool - all were cleaned to my satisfaction. I will definitely bring other rugs to them when cleaning is needed, and will definitely consider their services when it's time to investigate other flooring needs. I was happy with the timeline from drop off to pick up, and pricing for services was reasonable, in my opinion.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and answered several questions regarding the cleaning process for one of my rugs before I brought it in. They clean the rugs at their shop where they have professional cleaning equipment, drying racks and fans. The good thing about this is that they are not limited to using small, ineffective portable carpet cleaning machines (like other companies that show up at your house to clean carpet). My rug came out looking new! Old pet spots and water marks were eliminated. Will definitely use them again!
Brought in a wool blend area rug covered in mold, and they treated and cleaned it. I'm fairly inexperienced with rug maintenance, but I was walked through with what could and could not be done. I am 100% satisfied with my sparkling clean rug. I'll be coming back in the future.
