Absolutely recommend this family owned business… we brought our rug we purchased in Oaxaca Mexico 8 years ago.  So we researched a company that understood colors and dies used to make the rug. I am very happy with the results on my carpet and area rug cleaning from Kevin from Rug’It. They look like new! There were quite a few spots from the high traffic areas and now you don’t even know they were there. Kevin let me know when he was on his way and arrived promptly for the appointment. He took his time and was very thorough, yet the service did not take hours and hours. I’m pleasantly surprised how clean it all came out. My living room rug was dirty and had pet urine odors and stains. The staff at rug it offered to take it in immediately with late notice. Marie was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and was able to offer some cleaning advice. When I needed to pick up, I was not available during business hours and the staff accommodated my schedule! They remember me every time I come, and stay in touch with me during the cleaning process to let me know what’s working best and what my options are. I also think they’re reasonably priced. I’ve used Isaac and Rug It Cleaning for years or our Long Beach home. He is always on time, professional and very reasonably priced. They DO NOT nickel and dime you or do any type of bait and switch as is common with coupons or other companies. Your carpet will be clean and you’ll be happy with the service.
